Mandy Kesel, our Musical Director

We are a small, enthusiastic choir which enjoys a high standard of singing.

Originally formed in 1970 to sing liturgical music in a church setting, the choir now sings a variety of music in three to four concerts each year. Recent concerts have included Mozart's Requiem, Handel's Judas Maccabeus, Faure's Requiem, and a variety of works by British composers including Elgar, Rutter, Jenkins and Vaughan Williams.

The choir practises for two hours each Thursday evening under the expert guidance of our Musical Director, Mandy Kesel. Mandy has directed the choir for over a decade, ably support by our accompanist, organist and stand-in tenor, Ian Westley.
